Dixons City Academy is proud to be awarded the prestigious Music Mark of Recognition for ambition and quality by the Bradford Music and Arts Service, celebrating the Academy's unwavering commitment to excellence in music education.

As one of only 12 schools in Bradford to receive this accolade, the award recognises the academy’s dedication to delivering high-quality music teaching and creating enriching opportunities for students to engage with music.

The Music Mark, awarded by the UK Association for Music Education, is a national recognition given to schools that demonstrate a strong commitment to providing access to music for all children and young people. The association works to support the music education sector in delivering outstanding musical and social outcomes.

This recognition reflects not only the dedication of the staff and students at Dixons City Academy, but also the trust’s continued support in promoting music education as a core part of a rich and balanced curriculum.
