Badminton Success for Dixons City Academy

On Tuesday, 2 December, eight talented students from Dixons City Academy showcased their skills at the Dixons Cup Badminton Tournament, held at Dixons Allerton Academy. Their hard work and determination paid off as they secured first place overall in the competition.
With an impressive 10 games won, Dixons City soared ahead of their closest rivals, Dixons Cottingley Academy, who finished with 6 wins. This outstanding performance highlights the resilience and competitive spirit of our students.
A huge congratulations to everyone involved in this achievement! We now look forward to the upcoming Year 7, 8, and 9 tournament, and wish all participants the very best of luck.
