Before logging on to the ParentPay website we suggest you look at the
frquently asked questions below.

 
Q What is Parentpay?

A A simple way to pay for all school trips, music lessons etc Saving your child having to bring money into the Academy and reducing the chances of money being lost or stolen.

 
Q How do I use Parentpay?

A Log on to the Parentpay website(link Below) enter your username and password. All trips / lessons etc that you are eligible to pay for will appear on screen. Click on those you wish to pay for then follow the instructions for paying. A more in depth set of instructions is available on the Parentpay website.

 
Q My Username and Password is difficult to remember.

A Once you log on to the system for the first time you can change both your username and password to one you can easily remember.

 
Q Does this mean Dixons Academy know my bank / credit card details?

A NO this is a secure site and the only information passed on to us is the date and value of your payment

 
Q If I make a payment in error can I get a refund?

A Yes. Simply write to the finance officer at Dixons Academy detailing your error and we will refund your account ASAP.

 
Q What if I lose my password?

A Email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it   ) with the name of your child and tutor group and a letter will be sent to you with your username and password.

 
Q What do Dixons gain from this?

A We save time and in return we can spend more time on other issues.

 
Q I don’t have a computer at home.

A There is a computer in reception that can be used by any parent.
